Data and Analytics Strategy for Directors

The IoD, in collaboration with TrueCue, are proud to be launching our Data and Analytics Strategy for Directors PDS sessions in June 2021

The pandemic has accelerated the pace of digital transformation, driving the value of data to the top of the agenda for boards and directors across all sectors and industries.

In fact, EY’s recent non-executive directors (NED) risk barometer concluded that “rapid technological advances mean that digital transformation, data and cybersecurity have become key priorities. With COVID-19 likely to both intensify and accelerate these changes, NEDs and boards must fully understand these new technologies and their impacts.” In a recent survey, IoD members rated digital transformation and data governance in their top five development priorities.

To help you understand your role as a director, and future-proof your board and organisation, we developed our Professional Director Series – bringing accessible and digestible CPD straight to you.

By collaborating with TrueCue, we are able to enhance this proposition further by offering free, word-class learning opportunities on data and analytics. Drawing on the expertise from both parties, the CPD sessions will be delivered in a co-branded fashion and will ensure you gain the skills needed to transform data into actionable value.

Our Data and Analytics Strategy for Directors sessions are free to attend for Full IoD members including CDir and FIoD. These sessions are not available to non-members.
