This interactive workshop will help you discover if you’re ready to step into the boardroom. It explores what it means to be a director, the responsibilities involved and how it differs from being a manager. You’ll gain insight into the competencies needed to be an effective board member.
Objectives
This course will give you the knowledge and skills to:
- assess whether you’re ready and willing to meet the challenges of becoming a board director
- identify the gaps in your expertise and the competencies needed to become an effective board member
- find out where to go for support and training to become a confident and effective director
