About Monaco branch
The Institute of Directors Monaco branch was inaugurated over 20 years ago. Over time, it has gone from
strength to strength and is currently led by chairman William Easun.
Although the IoD is originally an English institution, many new members are from the multinational
society living and working in Monaco and its surrounding areas. Members are
mainly active professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders and decision-makers
from a wide range of sectors - financial
services, shipping, legal, transport – as well as retired and semi-retired
residents and individuals who enjoy the business environment, interaction
and camaraderie of the organisation.
The branch meets roughly once
every four to six weeks, usually at the Hotel Metropole, for lunch followed by
a speaker. These range from local dignitaries to authors, scientists,
troubleshooters etc. The branch also joins forces from time to time with other
business organisations whose speakers may be of interest to our members.
Come join us at our next IoD lunch on 21st September.
