Join our inaugural event for the new IoD Isle of Man NED forum

Non-executive directors (NEDs) play a crucial role in providing independent oversight, strategic guidance, and diverse perspectives to organisations. As the demands on boards become greater, chairs and nomination committees are looking for NEDs with deep expertise that fill specific gaps, coupled with an ability to contribute broadly and provide an enterprise mindset.

Our forum will gather local stakeholders including an expert ‘C’ Suite Recruiter, an experienced NED and an Executive leader working closely with NEDs as part of a mixed board.

Discussion will:

  • Offer an insight into the local NED market
  • Open our understanding to the challenges and varied requirements of NED appointments
  • Focus on key background, experience and 'in demand' attributes.
  • Provide an opportunity to hear from experienced NEDs and those who work with NEDs

Followed by an opportunity to ask your questions.

Panellists:

Sally Fenton, Managing Director, Search and Select Recruitment Agency.

Sean Christian, CEO, Canada Life International

Donna Crellin, Board Chair, Non Executive Director
