There's a lot of talk about mental health these days, says Jeremy Thomas. But what actually is it?
Much of sanity comes down to balance.
Whether it's decision-making, judgements, or reactions, balance is crucial, especially in business. Just as a balanced diet might help keep you physically healthy, a balanced mind is important for wellbeing. But when stress or trauma happen and you start to wobble and lose your balance, how can you be in the best condition to stay strong?
Jeremy Thomas, author and speaker
