The IoD is delighted to be collaborating with the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM)
The ICDM is the only national Institute of Directors in Malaysia and is recognised and supported by the key regulators. The ICDM promotes self-governance amongst directors by equipping leaders with the right skills, knowledge and mindset to enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of boards.
These ambitions reflect the pillars of the IoD’s mission and Royal Charter, as expressed by Jonathan Geldart, IoD Director General:
