IoD members are welcome to use the resort as a drop-in hub for working, dining and socialising under preferential terms. There are also special rates for the use of conference and venue facilities.

Facilities:
- IoD members can book a meeting room with a 10% discount depending on availability. To redeem the discount, the room must be pre-booked.
- IoD members, along with their guests, receive complimentary access to the Manor House lounge, Manor Bar and Nineteen restaurant from Monday to Friday during opening hours.
- IoD members can book a round of golf or spa treatment by paying the standard visitor fee (both subject to availability)

Parking information:
Free parking is available on-site. On arrival, the barriers to the car park will automatically lift. When leaving, please obtain a visitor code from reception or Nineteen bar & restaurant in order to raise the exit barrier.
