We are delighted to welcome David Meade who will deliver a masterclass session and our keynote address titled 'Maximum Influence'. Belfast Ukulele Jam
Northern Ireland's own Belfast Ukulele Jam will be providing some light-hearted, fun and unusual entertainment to help all our delegates relax after a day of learning over drinks and food.
The band was set up by a solicitor and his love for the instrument. The Belfast Ukulele Jam is an informal and friendly group who meet for jamming sessions every Tuesday, they play cover songs of all your old favourites.

Mark Simpson is an award-winning BBC TV reporter. After spending his early career in newspapers, at the Irish News and Belfast Telegraph, he moved to the BBC in Belfast 20 years ago. He’s a social media addict, and recently went on a week-long digital detox. He has more than 40,000 followers on Twitter.
Keynote Speaker and Masterclass Presenter: David Meade
David Meade is a trainer, facilitator, broadcaster, researcher, and international speaker. Over 85% percent of his diary is spent working at the executive level on motivating and inspiring some of the largest and most diverse organisations to work more effectively. He’s worked with organisations that include Apple, PwC, Harvard in Boston, the Cabinet Office in Westminster, Bombardier, and Bank of America, with whom he works on improving the way they work and perform through comprehensive management, leadership, and operational development programmes. Masterclass Presenter: Alan Davison
After specialising in identity design, Alan established Positive Design Consultants in 1995 and was responsible for overseeing its creative output. Recently Positive merged with Brand Etiquette, the design arm of The Pierce Partnership and Alan is now Managing Director of this business. His prized work would be the design and implementation of the new identity for the Police Service of N.I.
Masterclass Presenter: Heather Dalzell
Heather has over 17 years’ experience as an account manager/director in the design and advertising industry having started her career with in Edinburgh. Returning to NI, Heather worked with Ardmore Advertising before joining The Pierce Partnership to grow her marketing portfolio experience specific to brand. Heather has experience across all areas of account leadership including strategy, creative and media planning.
Masterclass presenter: Gareth Hagan
Gareth is the Commercial Director at OCO Global, and has overall responsibility for all client activities across its international office network. Gareth has 17 years’ experience across senior commercial roles within a range of international businesses. These include; Boston Consulting Group in London, Ulster Bank and HomeServe.
