How mediation can help businesses
More and more businesses are using mediation to help resolve conflicts before things get out of hand and relationships become irreparably damaged.
The session will look at the types of issues that companies are using mediation for, how to access and who mediators are in Scotland. You will also hear first hand from a mediator about how things work and what to expect.
