Michael Lever
Michael Lever is a commercial property surveyor, specialising in rent review and business tenancy advice for landlords and tenants in England and Wales. He established his practice in 1975 and has dealt with more than 5000 properties. As well as advising clients and providing solicitors with professional support on drafting of documents ensuring the valuation intention at rent review, he is a guest editor for PropertyLawUK magazine and currently writing a monthly series about how do to a lease renewal.
