The Dining Club will begin at 7.30pm with pre-dinner drinks. A three course meal will be served from 8pm followed by a cheese board and tea/coffee. Once you have booked onto the event Rachel McKenna will forward the menu to enable you to select your meal choices.

Garff MHK Daphne Caine was one of 12 new Members of the House of Keys elected in 2016. Born and raised in Sheffield, (attending the same state school as BBC Newsnight presenter Emily Maitliss), Daphne moved to the Isle of Man in 1989 to work as a journalist with Isle of Man Newspapers, later switching to the public service and undertaking various media and communications roles in Tourism, Home Affairs and Public Transport. She has political responsibility within the Department for Enterprise for the Digital sector, which includes ebusiness, media and blockchain. A left-leaning independent politician, over the past three years Daphne has notably pursued constituency matters ranging from feral goats to Groudle Glen water wheel. Nationally she has been vocal on social issues including climate change, children’s health and education. She has also obtained leave to introduce a no fault divorce bill into the Island’s parliament.
