IoD Berkshire: Cliveden Breakfast - How Does a SME Design and Deliver Customer Experience

We hold four Cliveden Breakfast Club meetings a year, and each one has a specific theme to help you get the most out of the event.

There are no presentations as the content comes from attendees. However, as a special one off at this event we will have pre-recorded video address from Award winning author Brian Sollis.

Brian Sollis, award winning author of book “X: The Experience When Business Meets Design” has kindly agreed to introduce the topic for September Cliveden Breakfast Club through a pre-recorded video address. Brian advocated the concept of customer experience management taking a leapfrog jump from the popular concept of customer relationship management (CRM).
