Founded in 2012, Women on Boards are a purpose-led business network who’s aim is to increase diversity in executive and non-executive leadership, particularly at board and C-Suite level. Still pursuing their initial focus of supporting women into non-executive board roles, they have evolved over time to work across four key areas:
- Women on Boards network providing an open, inclusive network spanning all sectors, professions and career stages.
- Non-Executive vacancy services to connect high-quality candidates with recruiting boards.
- Corporate partnerships to support organisations in creating lasting cultural and behavioural change.
- Voice for Inclusion programme to advocate for the proven operational benefits of diverse boards through talks, media and other campaigns.
