IoD BoxFull day meeting room hire £99.00 + VAT advanced booking pre-payment required.
To book an IoD box please email [email protected] quoting your IoD membership number with the date of your booking and the number of guests attending or call 0118 968 1333.
Package 2
IoD Hot Box
Hourly rates: £25.00 inc VAT can only be booked on the day, subject to availability and full payment to be made before departure.
No ability to pre-book. On arrival at the Reading FC Conference & Events Centre reception, please ask to book an IoD Hot Box. You will need to show the receptionist your IoD membership card. Please advise the receptionist how many guests will be joining you for the meeting and roughly how long you plan to stay.
