IoD Natural Resources Group announces partnership with the Resourcing Tomorrow
The IoD Natural Resources Group is pleased to announce a new partnership with Resourcing Tomorrow. This collaboration underscores Resourcing Tomorrow’s ongoing commitment to fostering cross-sector dialogue and leadership within the mining and natural resources industries.
Founded in 2023, the IoD Natural Resources group provides a platform for directors and leaders across the natural resources sector—including mining, energy, water, forestry and agriculture—to exchange knowledge, promote innovation, and drive sustainable growth. The group is focused on building connections and ensuring the interests of its members are represented at key decision-making levels.
The IoD Natural Resources group will be a key participant at Resourcing Tomorrow, which takes place from 3-5 December 2024 at the Business Design Centre in London. As part of their involvement, the IoD Natural Resources group will lead a vital panel discussion titled:
“Bridging the Divide for a Sustainable Clean Energy Transition – Securing Critical Minerals and Fostering Cross-Sector Collaboration”.
This session will bring together industry leaders to explore the growing influence of electric vehicles (EVs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and energy companies on mining supply chains, alongside critical minerals geopolitics. The panel, facilitated by Kruthika A. Bala, Managing Director of Resources Now and Senior Ambassador and Leadership Committee of the IoD Natural Resources Group, will feature prominent industry experts including:
