The IoD Wales Division comprises of one administrative centre and three committees. The Wales Division has close to 1,000 members.
IoD Wales local members sit on 2 branch committees, namely North Wales and South & West Wales with a Wales Division Management Committee developing Strategy & Policy.
The Divisional office is located at the Park House Club, housed in a magnificent Grade 1 listed building, designed by William Burges. Located in the heart of Cardiff's city centre, the club is close to the Castle, City Hall and Law Courts.
The Park House Club offers members 2 key spaces to meet and entertain guests. The morning room on the first floor adjacent to the restaurant offers relaxed soft seating for members and up to 3 guests. Meeting tables are available on the second floor for more formal meetings.

WHATEVER YOUR DESTINATION THE NEW 51º LOUNGE AT CARDIFF INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IS NOW OPEN TO IOD MEMBERS & THEIR GUESTS
In conjunction with Cardiff Airport the IoD in Wales has secured the use of the Executive 51º Lounge for IoD members and their guests. This lounge is away from the hustle and bustle and recently extended to provide even more luxurious surroundings. Facilities include fax, photocopiers, telephone, wi-fi access, newspapers, drinks, light bites, and wide screen TV.
On arrival members will book in with their IoD membership card and IoD member's guests are to be charged at £18.00 per guest payable by the IoD member.

The lounge is open from 5am until 9pm, with the exception of Saturdays between November and April, when the lounge closes at 5 pm, and the public holidays of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
A smart-casual dress code is in place, and no children under the age of 12 are permitted to enter the lounge.
