Versatile multi-functional space
21 rooms over two floors that can be booked at competitive rates in advance or on the day. They accommodate a variety of layouts for between two and 140 people, perfect for any type of corporate hire.

Flexible booking
You can reserve your room by half day or full day with rates and offers that work with your budget. We can also offer an hourly rate for last-minute bookings on the day.

Multiple package options
We offer packages to suit every need, including freshly prepared food delivered to you on the day, or enjoy your lunch in our beautiful Restaurant or Café on the ground floor of 116 Pall Mall.

Business Centre

Whether you’re holding a board meeting or team away day, the Business Centre combines a heritage environment with modern amenities. 

The Business Centre is located on the fourth floor of 116 Pall Mall, with 15 meeting rooms and a dedicated reception team, providing you with an unrivaled personal service . 

Our new menu options put an emphasis on fresh, healthy and seasonal fare. Food is prepared on the day and is delivered to your meeting room at whatever time suits you.

Shaftesbury Room

This large multi-purpose meeting room is ideal for training sessions and board meetings. Attached to the Shaftesbury Room is an annexe along with a reception area, making it perfect for additional catering or breakout spaces.

Welcome to IoD Academy 

IoD Academy is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art training facility at 116-118 Pall Mall. 

This innovative new addition to the third floor includes two flexible training suites, coaching rooms, AV equipment, a separate reception, breakout areas, private access via our stunning refurbished lift, and a refuelling station and barista bar. 

IoD Academy has six rooms and offers a range of different spaces and facilities that are perfect for any type of corporate hire, including training courses, seminars, webinars, filming, coaching, conferences and meetings and can be booked through the Business Centre.

There are a number of different catering packages available, including the option to eat lunch in our beautiful Restaurant or Café on the ground floor.

Exclusive hire of IoD Academy

Take over the whole third floor - perfect for training providers. Our dedicated reception area and six fully equipped rooms can be privately accessed from our refurbished traditional lift.

The refuelling station is available throughout the day, as well as a barista area for breaks. End your day with drinks and networking in our licenced bar.
