Hear from one of our valued members, Michael Doolin, about his IoD experience and business successes.
IoD member Michael Doolin is group managing director of Clover HR, a business he established in 2017 after more than three decades working in senior HR roles with some of the world’s leading brands.
A former chair of the Worcester and Marches branch, Michael joined the IoD in 2019, attracted primarily by the business connections his fledgling business could make, as well as by its reputation for high quality training and commercial insights.
Clover HR is now a £1m turnover business which employs a team of 35 and has a national presence from five offices around the UK.
The business specialises in adding value to the prosperity of SMEs by enabling them to access and implement the same best practice that larger organisations benefit from through in-house HR and recruitment functions.
