Describe your current role/company: Airport operator of UK’s hub airport. I lead the team responsible for all the shopping, F&B, and retail services such as foreign currency. We have about 350 units across our 4 terminals.

Describe your role as an Ambassador: Bringing the Transport and Infrastructure issues in Sussex and the South East to our local membership

What part of IoD membership do you value most? Access to a great venue for meetings and work in London

What is the top thing about your branch area? Great team spirit with Ambassadors

If you could give one message to the Prime Minister, what would it be? Run the country like a company…and get your team behaving like a leadership team, with a clear and consistent purpose.

What are you most looking forward to in the next 12 months? My holidays!

Looking back, what advice would you give yourself when you started out in business? It’s Ok to say no and focus on the big stuff not trying to do all the stuff!
