Strategic lead on Employer Engagement, Marketing & Communications as well as Commercial Services. Responsibility for growing income/profits in line with the Group Commercial & Growth Strategy. Director of the Sussex & Surrey Institute of Technology for which Chichester College Group is the lead partner.

Describe your role as an Ambassador:
I am proud to be an ambassador for the Sussex branch of the IoD. My role is to champion Marketing & Communications as well as Skills. It is rewarding to be able to apply my experience, skills and networks to support my local branch as well as the wider membership.
What part of IoD membership do you value most?
I very much value the opportunities to network with other members, to share experiences and expertise. The IoD provides a host of services which support me to grow and develop these include:

Following Chichester College Group’s merger with GB MET College I am looking forward to engaging and partnering with more businesses in Brighton, Hove and Worthing to support their growth and productivity gains through talent development and acquisition.
