What do you do outside work?
Lindsay raises money for charities such as Cancer Research UK, Alzheimer’s, and NSPCC, has been a School Governor, swims, runs, and socialises with friends and family.

To be part of a professional organisation.

Which parts of IoD membership do you value most?
All of it.

How would you describe your branch area to a total stranger?
An area where they are experimenting with new things.

Looking back, what advice would you give yourself when you started out in business?
Learn and get as much experience as you can, innovate and set up your own business as soon as you can.

What do you hope to be doing in 10 years’ time?
Doing more advisory work, coaching and mentoring.
