Hands filled with love

IoD appoints diversity ambassador for Cambridgeshire

The Institute of Directors has appointed Linda Doe to drive its diversity and inclusion agenda in Cambridgeshire.

Linda is the managing director and principal of Apana Business Psychology, where she leads a team of experts in people challenges within the business sector. She also runs a private practice as a holistic psychologist.

As Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador, Linda will ensure that the IoD is an open and fair organisation that offers equal opportunities for all directors to connect and develop.

IoD Ambassadors ensure that everything the IoD does places the member first. They enable greater connectivity, create influence and drive professional development opportunities while giving a local voice to the Institute.

“I have been a champion for inclusive working across decades and industries. I facilitate conversation and openness around the challenges of inclusion – and identify practical steps that make a tangible difference to people and to business. I have a passion for the IoD to reach a wider, inclusive business audience and to build a strong network of members locally and across regions in which everyone feels welcomed and valued.”
