Skills Audit Feedback Session
Join fellow directors to discuss workforce skills needs and inform Wales' future skills strategy.
The Welsh Government is undertaking a skills audit for Wales, and IoD Wales is inviting members to contribute their insights through this online roundtable discussion. Directors from all sectors and regions are encouraged to share perspectives on current and future workforce skills needs, leadership development and professional learning.
The discussion will help identify the challenges and opportunities facing Welsh businesses and the skills required to support long-term economic growth. Feedback gathered during the session will be consolidated by IoD Wales and submitted to Welsh Government as part of the Skills Audit, ensuring the experiences and priorities of business leaders help inform future policy and decision-making.on-making.
