Risk and Reputation

Strengthen your approach to reputation, risk and crisis management.

Strengthen your approach to reputation, risk and crisis management.

In today’s fast‑moving and highly connected business environment, an organisation’s reputation can be its greatest asset or its most fragile vulnerability. This event will explore how leaders can navigate reputational challenges with confidence, respond effectively in moments of crisis, and build the resilience needed for long‑term recovery.

Through practical insights and case studies, we’ll examine how transparent communication, strong governance, and proactive risk management can not only protect organisational credibility but also transform setbacks into opportunities for growth and renewed trust.

We are delighted to welcome guest speakers Mary Campbell OBE, Founder and CEO Resilient Corporates and Eric Hollreiser, Founder ACE Hollreiser.

All welcome for this insightful CPD session.

Speakers

Mary Campbell OBE

Mary Campbell OBE is a Chartered Accountant, experienced board adviser and specialist in corporate governance, finance and organisational risk and resilience.

Over a career spanning four decades, she has worked with boards, regulators, financial institutions, international businesses and public bodies, helping leaders navigate complexity, exercise effective challenge and make sound decisions under pressure.

Mary’s work is grounded in a question that reaches beyond governance frameworks and compliance: how do people make wise decisions when entrusted with institutional power?

Drawing on professional experience alongside insights from philosophy, literature and organisational thinking, she explores how institutions become detached from reality, why uncomfortable information so often fails to reach the boardroom, and how leaders can protect trust before a risk becomes a reputational crisis.

Her approach is risk focussed, rigorous, practical and deeply attentive to the human consequences of institutional decisions.
