We have comfortable meeting spaces on the ground floor that do not require advance booking. You also have access to a selection of complementary hot drinks. Please speak to reception if you have any questions and they will be happy to help.
Private, paid-for meeting rooms are available at a discounted rate for IoD members – if you would like to book a meeting room please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will look into your inquiry. We strongly advise that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Old Broadcasting House is situated next to Old Broadcasting Place, one of Leeds' finest landmarks.
It is a 15 minute walk from Leeds City Bus Station and Leeds Train Station and situated in close proximity to Woodhouse Lane Car Park.

University Business Centre – Wakefield
The University Business Centre provides private and coworking offices, virtual office services, professional meeting space and a programme of business support for its business clients.

The University Business Centre – Wakefield is a 10 minute walk from Wakefield Westgate train station or a 30 minute walk from Kirkgate station. Bond Terrace is opposite the County Hall just next to the statue of Queen Victoria next to Coronation Gardens.
The nearest parking is Gills Yard which is a pay and display car park to the rear of the Centre. There is also a multi storey car park adjacent to Wakefield Westgate train station.

There is an onsite coffee machine where hot drinks can be purchased. Our friendly reception team will provide fresh drinking water.

The University Business Centre – Halifax is a 3 minute walk from Halifax train station or a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The M62 is only a 15 minute drive away.
The nearest pay and display car parking is at Eureka or at Woolshops Shopping Centre, which both offer cash or card car parking a few minutes walk from the Centre. Horton Street has cash pay and display short term car parking adjacent to the centre. There is also a multi storey car park at Broad Street Plaza.

Durham University Business Centre
IoD North East’s regional headquarters based within the heart of Durham University, offers flexible meeting space, hotdesking and networking space.
9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
About your space
Members have access to the School’s state-of-the-art facilities and hire meeting rooms for free on production of their membership card.
IoD members can also book lecture theatres, subject to normal hire rates. All bookings should be made in advance via Event Durham.
Durham University Business School was founded in 1965. It is part of Durham University, the third oldest in England and firmly established within the top 10 universities in the UK.
The School offers 12 contemporary, well-equipped meeting rooms for conferences and meetings during term time and vacations. It can host groups ranging from a board meeting up to a conference for 200 people.
The on-site Fusion Restaurant provides a regular weekday service, hospitality and conference catering.n
