Now, the award-winning caterer has arrived at 116 Pall Mall.
Benugo runs restaurants at a host of world-famous landmarks, including the British Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, the English National Opera and the Natural History Museum.
The menu in all three of the building’s member lounges – the Directors’ Room, Morning Room and Spears Room – has been revamped: breakfast now features dishes such as British Cumberland sausage as well as spicy smashed avocado with eggs, tomato and sourdough bread.
Sandwich and salad offerings include Benugo bestsellers such as tuna niçoise with cherry tomatoes and olives.
And if you’re a coffee connoisseur, you’ll taste the difference too. Benugo is famous for its coffee credentials, having picked up two London Lifestyle Awards for London’s Coffee Shop of the Year.
This espresso culture is reflected in the new barista-brewed drinks, which include flat whites, macchiatos and soft brew.
Benugo’s coffee has an 85/15 split between Arabica and Robusta beans, and is sourced from Brazil, Nicaragua, Peru, Colombia and Vietnam – flavours range from tropical sweetness to red berry.
The fruit and vegetables in Benugo’s catering outlets are organically sourced, coming from family-run business Watts Farm in Kent. All bread, pastries and cakes are freshly baked that day in Benugo’s Bermondsey bakery and include the likes of salted caramel millionaire’s shortbread and warm scones with Cornish clotted cream.
