We are thrilled to offer you and your guests a new style of service in the Carlton Room, what has become Carlton Brasserie and the working Carlton Lounge. Choose between table service at the Brasserie or help yourself to Searcys’ all-day coffee and grazing station in the Carlton Lounge.
8am - 5pm
The inviting new grazing station at the Lounge has an array of small bites to enjoy from 8am until 5pm. We have introduced high-quality self-service coffee machines to enjoy unlimited macchiato, espresso, cappuccino, latte and americano to suit all tastes. Tuck into energising morning snacks like pecan and blueberry granola bites, turmeric energy shots, and cheese and bacon Chelsea swirls. In the afternoon, trays of freshly baked shortbread, chocolate brownies, spiced apple cake and savoury forest mushroom bruschetta are brought out to tempt the members and visitors.
£10 for half a day and £17.50 for a full day

In the Carlton Brasserie, Searcys has developed a beautiful seasonal menu for casual dining. Lunches are wholesome and nourishing, with our favourite dishes such as roast cod fillet, Hereford beef steak, and the signature Searcys prawn cocktail. Puddings follow suit, with a berry trifle delighting old-timers and the innovative grilled pineapple attracting adventurous diners.

8am - 10pm
In the morning, enjoy organic porridge, free-range boiled eggs with marmite soldiers, or choose from fresh croissants from the bakery. From 12pm - 4pm, the menu continues to be flexible for all appetites: including hearty Reuben sandwiches, a range of salads and buddha bowls, as well as the ‘hungrier’ section with burgers, artichoke tortellini, and classic fish and chips.
