Health and wellbeing - directors have their say
The top initiative implemented by organisations to support directors’ health and wellbeing is flexible working, an IoD survey reveals.
The survey, in collaboration with Bupa, shows a positive shift in attitudes towards the health and wellbeing of directors. Promoting wellbeing is widely recognised as vital to creating positive working environments where individuals and organisations can thrive.
The survey also shows that 9 out of 10 directors say there is a direct link between their health and wellbeing and the overall performance of their organisations. Read the full results below.
