Policy Voice and Budget Snap Poll November 2025 Employment rights reforms, the EU budget, regulatory compliance and economic confidence
We surveyed 500 members in Policy Voice and 507 members in our Budget snap poll in November.
Policy Voice is a monthly survey of IoD members who share their views on current business issues, providing statistical evidence and anecdotal detail we use in our government engagements, consultations, and policy papers.
November’s survey was distributed and completed wholly before the Chancellor’s Budget Statement on 26 November 2025. Following the Chancellor’s Statement, we issued a snap poll to our members, which remained in the field for 24 hours. There were 507 responses from across the UK to the questions in the snap poll, which were designed to measure our members’ immediate reaction to the measures announced.
In November’s Policy Voice, we also asked members about employment rights reforms, the EU budget, regulatory compliance and economic confidence.
