Objectives
Our Certificate in Company Direction is designed to improve your performance by sharing the latest insights in high-performance leadership. Divided into four modules, it covers:
- the role, responsibilities and legal duties of a business director
- the characteristics of an effective board
- financial terms and concepts
- issues and processes involved in formulating strategic business plans
- how leaders create influence and impact within and beyond their organisation

The skills you need to understand organisational finance and the relationship between financial and operational strategies.
