IoD launches search for North Yorkshire ambassadors
IoD North Yorkshire is on the lookout for new Ambassadors to lead the county’s economic recovery.
We are particularly interested in hearing from young directors who can join the team and offer a fresh perspective on the issues that matter most to business leaders.
IoD Ambassadors ensure that everything the IoD does places the member first. They enable greater connectivity, create influence and drive professional development opportunities while giving a local voice to the Institute.
Each Ambassador leads on a sector or portfolio area that best aligns with their personal expertise.
Caroline Pullich, chair, IoD North Yorkshire, said: “We encourage applicants from across the spectrum of directors, to truly reflect our county’s diverse and entrepreneurial industrial mix.
“If you are a pragmatic director who is passionate about business, these voluntary positions are great opportunities to build your profile and be part of the voice of the IoD.”
Applicants should be IoD members with demonstrable personal skills in business leadership with passion and energy. In return, there are fantastic opportunities to grow your network and influence IoD operations.
