East Yorkshire branch chair

Following a recent relocation, Debra Leeves will step down as the chair of our East Yorkshire branch.  Debra was appointed chair in 2021 and over her three-year term has led the East Yorkshire branch with great enthusiasm. Under Debra’s empirical leadership, the branch has grown into a thriving community of IoD members.  On behalf of my all my regional colleagues, I thank Debra for her work and steadfast contribution and send her every best wish for the future. She will always be a friend to the Institute.

The IoD will now commence the search to appoint a successor, but in the meantime North Yorkshire branch chair Caroline Pullich has kindly agreed to act as interim chair of East Yorkshire. I am grateful to Caroline for stepping in to continue Debra’s good work by supporting the East Yorkshire branch and its members.

On taking up the role Caroline says: “Debra has been an outstanding leader of the East Yorkshire branch. I look forward to picking up the baton and providing members with continued support alongside my commitment to the North Yorkshire branch”
