Kingsworth is an independent corporate finance/M&A advisory company, focusing principally upon providing advice to private company shareholders seeking to sell their companies.
Over 30 years’ experience in several professional firms, providing corporate finance/M&A advice

Governor of a private prep school in Reading.
Non-executive director to a pharmaceutical consultancy in Oxford.
Outside work (hobbies/interests):
Rugby, rowing, tennis, running, the theatre, and History, both 20th century and classical

Describe your role as an Ambassador
I am the Governance and Policy Ambassador for the Oxfordshire branch and constantly monitor the financial press for articles of relevance to IoD members
What part of IoD membership do you value most?
The library in Pall Mall and the stimulation gained as a member of the Oxfordshire branch committee
What are the top three things about your branch area?
The worldwide reputation of Oxford for its IT/tech companies and expertise, the vibrancy of Oxfordshire as a county, and the sheer beauty of the area.
If you could give one message to the Prime Minister, what would it be?
41% of your MPs expressing no confidence in him should lead him to offer his resignation if the Conservatives are to have any hope of holding onto power at the next general election.
What are you most looking forward to in the next 12 months?
A revitalised economy following on from a cessation of the war in Ukraine
