How would you describe your business to a total stranger?
DIIC – Diversity and Inclusion in Construction is founded and lead a purpose-driven community interest company focused on increasing representation of women, ethnic minorities, neurodivergent, individuals, and other underrepresented groups in construction, housing, and civil engineering(built environment).
Design and implement inclusive recruitment and training programs, helping clients meet diversity benchmarks and social value targets.
Lead social value initiatives and community engagement strategies, aligning them with ESG goals and procurement frameworks.
Your previous roles:
With over a decade of experience working across global media powerhouses such as CNN, BBC, and Al Jazeera, I transitioned from producing and facilitating high-profileinternational projects to reshaping the built environment through equity, representation, and purpose-led development. Developed strategic partnerships with construction firms, educational institutions, and local authorities to promote diversity, inclusion and bridge the skills gap.
