Describe your current role/company:
Uloaku (Ula) Ojiaku is the Founder & CEO of Mezahab Group, a global advisory focused on helping leaders and organisations to adopt AI in a responsible, ethical and inclusive manner (i.e. strategy, education, implementation and governance) which aligns with their (the client’s) organisational context and goals.

Ula is the Institute of Directors (IoD) Kent Chapter Ambassador for Engineering & Technology, a member of Women in AI, a Forbes Council Member and Contributor (2024-25), as well as a WIMBoard Fellow. Certified in the independent audit of AI systems and passionate about shaping the future of technology for good, Ula regularly reviews and contributes to the ongoing development of various AI governance standards and frameworks in the public and private sectors.
She holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University College London (UCL) and a BEng in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). Ula hosts the Agile Innovation Leaders podcast, featuring conversations with thought leaders on AI, strategy and innovation
Outside work (hobbies/interests):
Travelling (meeting new people and experiencing new cultures), continuous learning, engaging in activities and supporting organisations that empower individuals (especially women, younger persons and those in underrepresented groups) to live up to their fullest potential.
