Q: How long have you been involved with the IoD?
Since November 2018

Q: Can you tell us a little about your career to date?  

Career in international HR in senior roles both for Europe, Middle East and Africa and global.

Q: What do you hope to achieve as an IoD Regional Ambassador?  

To help others connect with each other and the IoD and all their resources.

Q: If you could give your 21 year old self some advice what would it be?

Worry less – it all comes right in the end!

Q: What keeps you busy outside of work?

When I have some spare time after being a mum to a three year old, I relax by running, Pilates, gardening and entertaining!

Q: Are there any business related or policy issues that keep you awake at night?

Am I doing the right thing…?

Q: Why do you think business leaders should join the IoD?

Reality is very different to perception.  IoD is a fantastic resource and you have great resources available.  I needed legal advice which I hadn’t planned for within my first few weeks of setting up my company and I knew who I could turn to for help.  I certainly don’t feel alone and I have already met many like-minded people.
