IoD South West announces Wellbeing Ambassador

Stress management and mental wellbeing specialist Craig Fearn has been appointed as the Institute of Directors South West Ambassador for Wellbeing.

Craig, who is based in Penryn, in Cornwall, has more than 15 years’ experience encouraging organisations to address staff wellbeing holistically and enable a change in work culture by using tools and mentoring.  He mentors C-Suite leaders to embed mental wellbeing into corporate strategy and works with  HR professionals and Mental Health First Aiders to encourage them to nurture their own mental wellbeing and recognise the acute stresses of their roles.

Shortlisted in the UK’s 2020 ‘This Can Happen’ Awards, Craig was recognised for his contribution to workplace wellbeing, Craig has a compelling personal story around his own proactive and positive approach to managing his personal mental health struggles. He is a senior member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and Principal Practitioner for the Association of Business Psychology.
