Shortlist revealed for 2024 Director of the Year Awards
IoD Isle of Man is delighted to reveal the finalists in this year’s Director of the Year Awards.
The calibre of entrants was exceptional, recognising leadership strength and excellence across the private, public and third sectors of the Island’s business community.
The finalists were decided from an independent judging panel consisting of seasoned judges, Chartered Directors and a previous winner.
Judges are allocated three categories, based on conflicts of interest and experience, with applications scored and discussed at an intensive judging session. The judges commented on the remarkable diversity of businesses on the Island, making the discussion lively and thought provoking.
