Neil Trivedi
Neil Trivedi is a highly experienced Strategy and Transformation Consultant with over 25 years of global leadership experience in Lean transformation, operational excellence, and business process improvement. As Director of Perfect Process Company Limited, Neil specialises in helping organisations solve complex operational challenges through Lean methodologies, leadership development, and sustainable business improvement. His work spans manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, FMCG, biomedical research, education, utilities, and the public sector. Throughout his career, Neil has led major transformation programmes for organisations including BBC, Mars, GKN, AstraZeneca, Harrods, and Network Rail. Neil holds an MBA from Imperial College London and an MSc in Lean Operations with Distinction from Cardiff University. Neil Trivedi serves as the IoD Surrey & Berkshire Branch Ambassador for Manufacturing.
Neill J D Roberts
Neill has over 30 years’ experience as an executive in both the energy and technology sectors. He has built trusted CxO relationships in consultancy with many leaders in the energy sector, including power companies, grid and pipelines operators and utilities. He has worked with energy companies in UK, Europe, North America (USA and Canada), Asia (Japan, Korea and China), Australia and Africa. As the trusted advisor to the Chairman and leadership of ENN in China, he led programmes designing zero carbon cities and energy outsourcing. He has also worked closely with oil majors such as bp and Eni, more recently has extended his relationships into the renewable energy space. He has also advised energy regulators including national bodies in Europe and the European Commission. He has a deep understanding of the transition from hydrocarbons to the new mix of biofuels, geothermal, hydro, hydrogen, solar and wind. Neill Roberts is a Fellow of the IoD and serves as the IoD Surrey & Berkshire Branch Ambassador for Green Technology, Energy and Net Zero.
