Jon Bridge
Jon Bridge MSC HRM is an award-winning CEO at S.A. Brain & Co. Ltd (Brains) the iconic Welsh brewing business. Jon has led the team over the last four years through a transformational change project involving significant people and organisational restructuring, strategic refinancing, substantial property transactions, corporate governance navigation, strategic pension deals and brand growth.
Jon has worked within consumer facing organisations for nearly thirty years, starting his career within operations, before fulfilling several senior HR leadership roles within Iceland Frozen Foods, House of Fraser and Brains. Since 2017, he has undertaken operational executive roles, always ensuring people are at the heart of business strategy.
Jon lives in Cardiff with his wife and has two grown up sons. He enjoys mountain walking and holidays with great wine and food!
