Chelsey Baker - CEO & Founder – National Mentoring Day
Chelsey Baker is the CEO and Founder of National Mentoring Day. Chelsey has mentored hundreds of businesses across all sectors, working with Royalty, celebrities, SMEs, and entrepreneurs where she is known for her inspirational mentoring.
With over two decades in media, television, and PR she is renowned as the UK's top pitching expert, training CEOs and leaders in the UK and Silicon Valley in public speaking and business pitching.
Chelsey was awarded the British Bankers' Association’s ‘Excellence in Women’s Enterprise Mentoring’ award at BAFTA, ‘Influential Woman of the Year,’ and “Visionary Woman Serving Humanity,' reflecting Chelsey’s commitment to mentoring.
Dr. Hanaa Almoaibed
Dr. Hanaa Almoaibed is an academic and sociocultural strategist who leverages research across sectors to drive progress in the Arab Gulf States. She focuses on education, skills and work for youth and women in the region, informing effective solutions. Affiliated with LSE, KFCRIS and Chatham House, she champions impactful research activation. Her leadership transcends sectors; She is founder and co-host of the podcast The TWENTY30 and VP, Research at the Arab Institute for Women's Empowerment (NUSF) and Education Chair at Johara Global. She sits on the board of Rawabi Holding and the British Society for Middle Eastern Studies and is the Vice Chair of the International Advisory Board, ZADK Culinary Academy.
Olu Orugboh
Olu is a senior leader and seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience, leading businesses through change, transformation and migration into digital environments. She has assisted a range of companies from high growth scale ups to FTSE listed companies both in the UK and Internationally to embrace digital technology safely whilst remaining resilient and responsive to the rapidly changing environment.
Olu has deep international experience, assisting enterprises to turnaround their failing operations through to putting in place infrastructures to support growth initiatives and introduce digital innovation. She also has extensive experience mentoring entrepreneurs looking to enhance the productivity of their business and scale.
Olu is passionate about driving equity of access for marginalised groups and social mobility for roles in STEM, she is currently leading an industry wide mission to deliver this vision.
