As advocates for our members, we address sexism issues with an influential voice in the government

Providing a space for members to address issues of sexism in the business world with an influential voice in the government.

Our mission is more women in leadership positions. Men and women are welcome to join our vibrant community, embracing the power of connection and influence to shape the future of organisations with more women in leadership positions.

At the heart of our group are two of the IoD core pillars: Connect and Influence. We host diverse events to facilitate meaningful discussions, allowing business leaders to build trusted networks and strengthen relationships.

Future Leaders Programme event

A triumphant event with more than 100 registrations and a buzzing room full of existing and aspiring mentors, mentees and interested others! Attendees heard from Olu Orugboh, Chelsey Baker and Hanaa Almoaibed, PhD in a panel moderated expertly by Sarah Alkhedheiri about personal journeys, vocational mentoring, what happens when you don't have a mentor and how to get the most out of the relationship. We were delighted to host the Diversity in STEM event on 18 September 2023 at 116 Pall Mall. The event was a huge success, with over 70 attendees and active discussion. Three extraordinary women engineers shared their insights and experiences from their STEM careers: Janet Collyer, Malak Kawan, and Audrey Canning. They talked about overcoming challenges and ways to not only cope but thrive. The event was a valuable opportunity for attendees to learn from and be inspired by successful women in STEM.
