Elan Valley Tour  Exploring Redevelopment and Opportunity in Mid Wales

Join IoD Wales on Thursday 20 August for an exclusive members-only visit to Elan Valley. 

Taking place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, this free event will give members the opportunity to hear from Mike Booth, Visitor Attractions Manager at Elan Valley, about the redevelopment of the Visitor Centre and the wider projects taking place across the estate. 

Members will gain insight into the Growing Mid Wales programme, the Elan Valley Lakes Project and the plans to enhance visitor facilities, improve accessibility, support sustainable tourism and create wider economic benefits for the Mid Wales region. 

The visit will include a short introductory talk followed by a guided tour or walk, with the format confirmed closer to the day and adapted if required depending on weather conditions. 

Places are limited to around 10–15 IoD members.
