Indranil is a Certified Corporate Director, a Chartered Engineer, and a leader with international experience in insurance and technology. He serves as a Non-Executive Director across a portfolio of businesses and is a Managing Partner at Gekkō Advisory Services. He is an Associate Professor of Engineering at City, St George’s University of London; an Advisor at CebAI, Bayes Business School; and a Visiting Fellow in AI Capability Evaluations at Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering, Loughborough University.

An alumnus of Cambridge’s Judge Business School, he earned an MBA and a PhD in Engineering Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institute for IT. A Freeman of the City of London, he chairs the Financial Services Technology Panel at the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. He was named one of the Top 100 Diverse Leaders in Tech in 2021. Indranil has lived in Japan for 20+ years and is a native Japanese speaker.

Madeleine is a Global Marketing Consultant. She began her marketing career in Sweden at SKF, a leading global bearing manufacturer, and relocated with the company to the UK in 1997. She now runs her own B2B marketing consultancy, Lena O Consulting. She has led strategic marketing initiatives across various sectors, including marine, energy, material handling, and food & beverage. Madeleine also has extensive experience in developing and optimising distribution channels worldwide, with deep insights into value chains and key industry stakeholders. She is also a UK correspondent for a US trade magazine, Elevator World, following industry trends and writing articles for the UK and European markets. Madeleine has previously lived in Japan for two years and speaks Japanese.

Yasushi Hasegawa is a director and co-founder of Fenetre Partners, Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commercial science and an Executive MBA from Hult International. He is an authorised trade consultant and senior adviser on FDI for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, a senior adviser to Enterprise Florida, and a principal of the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers Japan office. As a management consultant, he has over 25 years of experience in the Japanese market. Even before founding Fenetre Partners, he completed more than100 projects, including work in business start-ups, market research, reshaping sales strategies, sales development, and change management, mainly within the food, IT, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, logistics, and video game industries, as well as in the retail and foodservice sectors.
