Hosted by Mark Eydman, IoD Leicestershire & SEM, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Ambassador, this event is part of a free series enabling members to connect and discuss topics of interest.
Discussions will focus on exploring what EDI means to business and how IoD Members can be best supported to apply associated principles. In particular, the aim will be to ensure that in workplaces of all kinds, strong approaches to EDI help identify, engage and leverage all talent for the shared benefit of those individuals, their employers and society more broadly.
