Behind the Scenes at The Reserve, Chester Zoo
This unique afternoon offers directors, business owners, founders and senior leaders the opportunity to experience one of Cheshire's newest venues whilst gaining a fascinating insight into the wider work of Chester Zoo.
Hosted by Kathryn Robinson, Director of Sales at Chester Zoo Hotels Ltd, the event will begin with a welcome and guided tour of The Reserve before guests enjoy a relaxed networking lunch and the opportunity to connect with peers in their area.
Following lunch, one of Chester Zoo's senior leaders will share the remarkable story behind the organisation's global conservation work, offering an insight into the leadership, innovation and long-term vision that has made Chester Zoo one of the world's leading conservation charities.
The afternoon will conclude with further networking and an opportunity to ask questions, connect with fellow business leaders and continue conversations in an informal setting.
As with all IoD Cheshire events, the focus is on bringing together influential people, showcasing exceptional organisations and creating meaningful conversations in unique locations across Cheshire.

Kathryn Robinson is Director of Sales for The Reserve at Chester Zoo, where she is responsible for driving corporate, group and high-value leisure revenue for the luxury lodge retreat set within Chester Zoo. She is a commercially driven sales leader with over 20 years’ experience across luxury travel and hospitality, specialising in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.
