North Wales  Control Room & Call Centre Tour

Join IoD Wales for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the North Wales Police Control Centre .

A rare, behind-the-scenes look at the Joint Communications Centre located in St. Asaph.

Hosted by Deputy Call Centre Manager Peris Hatton, this exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to step inside one of the region’s most critical operational environments. Attendees will gain insight into the essential work undertaken to support policing and emergency response across the area, and learn how real‑time decisions are made in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.

The evening includes a warm welcome, an informative presentation, and a guided tour of the main control room, where participants will see first hand how teams coordinate responses and manage public safety communications.

Attendees will also hear about the important work of the Police and Community Trust (PACT), a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting local initiatives that help reduce crime and strengthen community resilience.

This event provides valuable insights into crisis management, operational leadership, and the crucial role of public service communication in keeping communities safe.

Spaces are limited to ensure a personal and interactive experience, so early booking is strongly recommended.
