"Mental Health; Emotional Resilience - dealing with uncertainty and adversity - top tips and takeaways"

In recognition of International Women’s day which takes place in March, celebrating the economic, social, cultural and political achievements of women, and following on from our very successful event last year, this year, we are having our lunchtime webinar on the very pertinent theme, Mental Health; Emotional Resilience.

We have an amazing line up; along with the Rt Hon Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman William Russell, we have five prominent women leaders: Shantha Dickinson, Assistant Chief Fire Officer Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, Julie Kapsalis, Chair of C2C LEP and MD at Chichester College Group, Penny Streeter OBE, a successful entrepreneur in the UK and South Africa and owner of Mannings Heath Golf and Wine Estate in Sussex, Ros Townsend, author of “PTSD Understanding and Recovery” and who works with PTSD Resolution, the Veterans’ mental health charity and Charlotte Valeur, one of the top 100 most Influential women in Denmark (2018), good governance advocate and past Chair of the IoD. They are all going to share their compelling experiences and give examples of dealing with difficult and challenging situations; how they have dealt with these challenges and in particular how they have developed the mindset and emotional resilience to successfully overcome them.

They will also share their tips and best practices and offer some practical takeaways.

As it is a lunch time webinar, why not join us with a bite to eat in hand and perhaps a glass of your favourite tipple (as it’s a Friday); we very much look forward to seeing you there.
