Boardroom Futures
Co-hosted by Marsh Commercial, Youth Leads UK and the Institute of Directors, the event is designed to demystify what non-executive directors do, open upboard-level careers to a new generation, and create meaningful dialogue between current and emerging leaders.
Participants will hear directly from experienced NEDs about their routes into the boardroom, the skills and values effective directors need, and the lessons they have learned along the way.
Rather than a traditional panel event, Boardroom Futures will put intergenerational exchange into practice. Young people and directors will work together on a board-level challenge, exchanging perspectives on issues including technology, inclusion and social impact, before continuing conversations through informal networking.
Whether you are an established director or someone curious about how you could contribute in the boardroom, the event offers an opportunity to learn, connect and rethink who gets a seat at the table.
