Planning in a Time of Uncertainty

11 Sep 2020
Online, Online
In these uncertain times businesses will need to be planning for the future at a time, like no other time in recent history. At this time, we need to take account of the global picture.

This webinar will address the global and conceptual effects of external trends on UK businesses and the critical need for future planning, not just now ... but this webinar will show how we all need to take into account external trends. The effect of external trends on businesses includes the global economy in 2020, a dramatic social reconfiguration, how people live and work, the impact of the Next Industrial Revolution and Industry 4.0 technologies amongst others. Some of the impacts of the coronavirus may lead to a tighter, more structured business model with an increase of employees working from home effectively, which we are already seeing.

This webinar will provide the wider context of future planning in relation to UK businesses and people’s lives, so that businesses can survive and thrive as life goes back to a new normal.

This webinar will appeal to the entire range of UK businesses from SMEs through to global corporations. David Beurle has provided future planning from the smallest of businesses and communities, though to large US regions/governments and global corporations.  This webinar will appeal to participants on both a personal and individual level, and on a business strategic level regarding ‘future thinking’ and implementation.

Webinar attendees can expect an engaging in-depth education on global trends and the impact of global/external trends on businesses in coronavirus times.  They will receive insights into scenario planning and methodologies useful for UK businesses. Individuals will leave the webinar with a different mindset, as many people have experienced the same shift  from Future iQ’s methodologies, including the Future Game (TM). People will leave the webinar with an invigorated view of the future in mind and will be able to apply this to the immediate future planning of their businesses/industries. Attendees will hopefully feel uplifted and confident as they look out to the future for their businesses.
