Associate Director Accelar Ltd
Clare is currently Associate Director at Accelar, an environmental consultancy, developing circular and sustainability propositions. She has a wide range of experience in the circular economy and resources sectors having worked for WRAP, the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) and her own business, Circular Consultants Ltd. Clare developed the UK capitals first circular economy route map alongside stakeholders whilst at LWARB. Having been part of this work, she has extensive experience in city circular economy strategies and action plans across Europe and globally. Clare also supported the initial bid and development of LWARB’s circular economy SME business support programme, Advance London.
Circular Economy Director at Business in the Community
Pete leads the Circular Economy Campaign at Business in the Community (BITC), building collaborative, practical actions to make the circular economy a mainstream business priority in the UK. He has spent over 10 years in the sustainability field, in private and third sector roles, spanning clean tech, strategy, leadership engagement and campaigning. He has worked with sectors including waste and materials, utilities, consultancy, FMCG, transport and retail, supporting large corporates to embed sustainability across their strategies and operations. He holds an MSc in Sustainable Food and Natural Resources from the Centre for Alternative Technology.

Darrel is a business leader with over 10 years in circular and commercially sustainable SME business models, developing optimised reverse logistics solutions and integrating business processes with ERP cloud technology.
Through his work, Darrel's purpose is to create a positive economic, social and environmental impact, with sustainable values whilst helping businesses to make a shift from a waste to resource thinking in the technology space.
Previously Darrel worked in the NHS from the age of 18 for over 20 years in Children’s Nursing, Nurse Specialist at GOSH and Senior Lecturer at LSBU.

Reena Dayal is an international leadership Coach with a mission - ‘Transforming our World. One leader at a time.’ With over two decades global HR experience across tech, hospitality, insurance and health sectors she started her own business in 2015. She offers high impact leadership coaching and training to Under 30s, SME entrepreneurs, female leaders and their teams who wish to establish businesses that are 'profit with purpose.' She is the current (pro-bono) acting Chair to IoD largest branch, IoD Central London.
